1. Scope of Services
Dizinee provides software development, UI/UX designs, search engine optimization (SEO), graphics/illustrations, and monthly subscription packages. Custom scopes are verified via statement of work forms before developer allocation.
2. Payment Terms & Refunds
Payments for custom software projects follow agreed milestones (typically 50% upfront). Fees for monthly subscription resources are non-refundable after dev hours have been active. All rates are quoted in BDT or USD depending on location.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying required content, brand assets, and timely feedback during project execution. Delays in client-side approvals may affect agreed delivery timelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
Dizinee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, hosting platform downtime, search engine algorithm changes affecting SEO rankings, or system faults arising from third-party APIs.
